Happy Thursday, crafty friends! Welcome to day 5 of Sweet Peek Week for SugarPea Designs!Everything goes live in the store tonight!
I will get all the blog hop info to you below, but how about we get to
my card first? Today we are showcasing this cute new stamp & die set
called Graduation & the Congrats word die. I threw it back a little, and picked the colors of my high school for this card, and you could easily customize it for any school colors! Speaking of high school - I found out the other day that the daughter of my high school best friend just made the cheer squad at our alma mater. We were cheerleaders all 4 years together, and it is just crazy to think that she has a daughter old enough to be starting on her own high school cheerleading journey. It has made me completely nostalgic!I kept my card relatively simple, and just did a lot of diecutting and simple stamping & heat embossing. I popped the tag layers up with foam adhesive to give the card some dimension.
This card is super easy to create, and could be made in larger quantities if you happened to have a lot of graduates in your life this season! I know I need to make one more in purple this year!
Well, that is a wrap on Sweet Peek Week! Here is another look at all of my projects from the week featuring the new products. And don't forget that everything goes on sale tonight! What is on your wish list?

Happy Thursday, crafty friends! Welcome to day 4 of Sweet Peek Week for SugarPea Designs, and we are revealing adorable products from the Spring release all week long!
I will get all the blog hop info to you below, but how about we get to
my card first? Today we are showcasing this cute new stamp & die set
called Sprout Bloom Grow. This is such an adorable stamp set, with little critters popping out from planters or a wellie...so perfect for spring! I focused on the adorable bunny, and lots of florals for my card.
To start, I stamped all the critters in onyx black Versafine twice. If
you are comfortable with your coloring skills, then you could just stamp
once. I am not, so stamping them twice allows me to make mistakes. And
if I have some leftover critters, they can be used on my next card! I
colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Markers in a multitude of
colors - I have the full set of 90 because, well...full set syndrome.
Lol! Once they were all colored, I cut them out with their coordinating
diecuts.
Then I ink blended the background with distress oxides in Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick and Shabby Shutters. I diecut it with the scalloped frame from Card Front Elements Builder 1, stamped the sentiment to the upper left corner, then adhered it to an A2 white card base with foam adhesive.
Then I arranged all the stamped & colored elements to the bottom of the ink blended panel, popping some up with foam dots. I added some shimmer to the stamped images with an Aqua Shimmer Pen in Midas Touch. Finally I accented the card front with some jewels!
That is all I have for Day 4 of Sweet Peek Week! This adorable
stamp & die sets will go live in the SugarPea Designs shop on Friday
at 6pm EST.

Happy Tuesday, crafty friends! Welcome to day 2 of Sweet Peek Week for SugarPea Designs, and we are revealing adorable products from the Spring release all week long!
I will get all the blog hop info to you below, but how about we get to my card first? Today we are showcasing this cute new stamp & die set called Strike Up The band, and Card Front Element Builder 2. I used the CFEB2 set on my card yesterday, and will share some more later this week...but today it just didn't fit what I wanted to do. So, I focused on just the cutie stamp set. These animals just begged to be colored, which takes me forever. So, I had to color them one little critter at a time as I could steal moments here & there. I do love how it turned out!
To start, I stamped all the critters in onyx black Versafine twice. If you are comfortable with your coloring skills, then you could just stamp once. I am not, so stamping them twice allows me to make mistakes. And if I have some leftover critters, they can be used on my next card! I colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Markers in a multitude of colors - I have the full set of 90 because, well...full set syndrome. Lol! Once they were all colored, I cut them out with their coordinating diecuts.
Then I created the soft background with distress oxide inks, and some cloud stencils. I kept the colors really light so that the little critters would take center stage. I stamped the sentiment to the middle of the card, then adhered the ink blended background to the front of an A2 card with foam adhesive. Then I arranged the critters to the front, popping some up with foam dots. I finished the card by adding some jewels here & there.
That is all I have for Day 2 of Sweet Peek Week! These two adorable stamp & die sets will go live in the SugarPea Designs shop on Friday at 6pm EST.

Happy Monday, crafty friends! Today is the start of Sweet Peek Week for SugarPea Designs, and we are revealing adorable products from the Spring release all week long!
I will get all the blog hop info to you below, but how about we get to my card first? Today we are featuring a bunch of honey themed products, which I think you are going to just love! I've used the new Hey Honey stamp & die set, Honeycomb coverplate, and Stacked Honeycombs on my card for today. With two foster babies, everything I do has to be quick & clean in nature these days as I don't have a lot of extra time. I whipped this cutie shaker up in about an hour, and the products made it super easy!
To keep it simple, I decided against using any image I would have to color, like the bear or hive. I can't wait to use them in the future, but for now I stuck with the bees that could easily just be stamped & diecut.
I chose to just emboss the Honeycomb coverplate to yellow cardstock to give it that beautiful design but keep all the pieces intact. I seriously love how it turned out. Then I created the shaker element using the Honeycomb stackers along with clear sequins & iridescent gems. I also peeked another new product, but we will share more about that later!
That is all I have for Day 1 of Sweet Peek Week! These two adorable stamp & die sets will go live in the SugarPea Designs shop on Friday at 6pm EST.

Happy Friday! Today is the Sweet 2 Repeat blog hop with SugarPea Designs and we are creating again with the most recent Spring release.
I will give you all the blog hop info at the bottom, but how about we get to my card first? It's that time of year, and I've created another Easter card. I just love the Easter items that were included in the most recent release, but especially the scripted word die!
To start this card I diecut the scalloped rectangle two times from white cardstock. I thought that the Concentric Circles stencil looked a little like sunrays if I didn't ink up all of it, and it was perfect for the Easter theme of the card. I lightly inked the rays in Scattered Straw oxide ink. I diecut the hill from the second scalloped rectangle, then lightly inked it up with oxide ink in Shabby Shutters.
Then I diecut the word Easter three times - once from gold glitter paper and twice from white cardstock, then stacked them together. I stamped the rest of the sentiment underneath where the scripted word would be placed. With all the diecutting done, I put the card together in layers and finished by accenting here & there with my signature jewels.

Happy Friday, crafty friends! I hope you've had an awesome week so far! Today is the final day of Sweet Peek Week for SugarPea Designs, and tonight all of the new products go live in the shop at 6pm EST. Yay!!
There is still time to blog hop & win these new stamp sets, but how about we get to my tags first? Today I am using the new Enjoy Tag Set die, and have combined them with the Tutti Fruiti set that we revealed a couple days ago. When I initially thought about these tags, I thought they would be so cute for bachelorette parties, or for decorating a margarita bar on Cinco De Mayo or just for a summer part. I had wanted to photograph them with this in mind, but alas...I just ran out of time. So, just imagine them strung around cute glasses with lemons, limes & cute bottles of Tequila. Lol!
To start I stamped the lemons & limes in Catherine Pooler inks in the following colors: Limoncello, Tiara, Garden Party & Lime Rickey. Then I cut them out with the coordinating die, and trimmed off the section where a stem & leaf can be stamped.
Next I diecut the tag three times from Tim Holtz distress watercolor paper. Then I watercolor smooshed them with the same Catherine Pooler inks used above, and set them aside to dry.
While the tags dried, I added some glitter to three of the stamped lemons & limes. I used a wide Zig glue pen to easily apply some adhesive to just part of each fruit, then covered it in some clear glitter. I used a glitter that isn't prismatic so that it would look more like salt.
At this point the tags were dry, and I stamped the sentiment to them in onyx black Versafine using my MISTI. Then I adhered a lemon & a lime to each tag, popping part of the top one up with a foam dot. Finally, I tied three bows from green dotted ribbon and adhered them to the top of each tag. Easy peasy, and would make such a cute decorating piece for a party!
That is all I have for Day 5 of Sweet Peek Week! Don't forget that these adorable stamps, dies & stencil will go live in the SugarPea Designs shop on Friday at 6pm EST.
