I've used all 3 stamp sets on my card set today. Apart from the sentiments, this is the first time I've actually used the elements from the Abstract Builder stamp set and it is SO much fun! I could have just kept stamping background after background after background...I made myself stop at 4 so I could get the cards put together & photographed. Lol!
I used the examples on the back of the stamp set packaging as my guide, and I even used most of the same colors too! I did a few things different here and there, and created one from my own imagination. I actually didn't think I would really love using this stamp set, and that is why I never really reached for it. I have completely changed my mind after playing around with it today! I stamped them with our delicious premium dye inks, and all the colors I've used are included in my link list at the end of the post.
Here is a look at each of the cards. When I was finished stamping all the panels, I diecut each one with the largest Diagonal Stitched Rectangle, which I thought was a great added detail to such a clean & simple card set. I used & combined sentiments from all 3 of the weekend promo stamp sets: Abstract Builder, No One Compares to You and You've Got This. My good friend, Caly Person, hand lettered the script words in the two sentiment sets...and they are truly beautiful. I think you will love having these sets in your stamping stash! I stamped them in our Detail Black hybrid ink, which is hands down my favorite black ink right now. It is so crisp and dark, and the pads come super juicy! I use mine A LOT and like to keep my ink pad as juicy as it was when it arrived, so I suggest having a Detail Black ink refill on hand.
I finished by accenting each card with clear iridescent sequins, along with our Essentials: Jewels Mix in white and Essentials: Crystals Mix in clear. That is all I have for you today! If you have
any questions about my card, feel free to leave them in the comments and
I will be sure to reply.
Before you move along with your day, I wanted to invite you to follow me on social media. I would love to be crafty friends!
Have a great rest of your day!
