LID January Release - Day 1

Hi there, blog friends!!  Today is the start of Lil' Inker Designs January release, and I have a couple of cards to share with you today using some of the new stamps & dies!

Up first is a shaker card using the new cover up plate, & a couple of the Valentine's themed stamps.  Check it out!
I love this cover up plate, and I've added foam adhesive in the middle of it so that the sequins stay on the top & at the bottom as well!  I've combined two of the new stamps sets to create the heat embossed sentiment.

For my next card, I created a Valentine using the chalkboard technique...and I LOVE how it turned out!
 I've used lots of layers & dimension on this one...the diecut banners are probably my favorite part!!

    Oh my GOSH Lea! Both cards are amazing, but that second one, oh my God! It's just so stunning in every way!! If it doesn't have a home to go to then can I have it? Please? :-)

    Also the chalkboard theme kinda goes with my challenge this week too if you want to link up! *wink*

    First time i've seen your work and its AWESOME! The chevron shaker card is plain fun, and you used the Love...air sentiment perfectly on your blackboard card.

    Love the valentine shaker with the center chevron die and the black and red is so classy. I love the chalkboard look with the gold touches and the banners, awesome cards!

    LOVE your EXCITING shaker - such a CLEVER design, LOVE the STRIKING color combo & contrast with the vellum!!! The chevron die is on the top of my wish list, so I look forward to using your middle panel idea to make some cool shakers soon too :)

    Lea - wonderful post - the first - the shaker is so cool with the panel cover and embossed vellum overlay, and the second with the gold doily peeking out is so elegant! Love them both!
