I'm using a really elegant color combo of black, white & gold for my cards today...and I just love how they turned out!

To start I used the Pennsylvania Polka creative screening with gold mist on both a black & white cardstock panel. I love that the misting isn't perfect, with the mist running a bit more on the black cardstock than it did on the white. I just love the imperfect nature of this technique, and yet it still looks classy! After that I diecut all the words once from glitter paper, and then multiple times from white cardstock. I layered them together to give each word some added dimension & rigidity.

Then I put together this first card. I stamped the smaller parts of the sentiment using the previously released In Bloom: Frenchy's Festive Florals stamp set in onyx black Versafine using my MISTI to help with the placement. Then I adhered the word wonder over a knot of gold thread, and mounted the entire panel to an A2 black card base with foam adhesive.

For card number two, I adhered the diecut words to the front, popping the word holidays up with foam strips, then mounted the entire panel to the front of an A2 white card base. Then I accented with strips of matching square jewels, and tucked some round jewels here & there.

These cards are super easy to put together, just a bit of misting & diecutting...and they are ready to go!

That is all I have for you today, my friends! Before you move along with your day, I wanted to invite you to follow me on social media. I hang out on Instagram a lot, and share my work in progress in my stories...along with REALLY cute photos of my dogs! :) And of course, I would love for you to subscribe to my YouTube Channel. I had to take a break from videos when getting sick, because I sounded TERRIBLE. Lol! But, now that my voice is mostly back to normal...I resuming video work again! :)

I hope that you have a wonderful rest of your Monday!
