Happy Monday, crafty friends! I hope that you had a wonderful weekend! Today is a super special day, and I am celebrating Pinkfresh Studio's 6th Anniversary! I came on to the scene in year 3 has a part-time employee, doing whatever was needed that was in my wheelhouse. (let's be real - I did some things NOT in my wheelhouse too. Lol!) Less than 6 months later I was working full-time, and now I am the marketing director for this amazing company. We truly run like a family - we have a small team, but we work together seamlessly to make business run as smoothly as possible. Kinnari, the owner of the company, is one of my very best friends and I just love her vision for Pinkfresh. Always fresh & modern, heartfelt, unique and some of the best color combos around.
I'm always very grateful that I get to do what I love as a job - photography, marketing and papercrafting all tied into one. I love this industry, and all of the people in it. It truly is my dream job, and sometimes I can't believe that this is what I get to do for a living now. I'm even more grateful right now, because if I were exclusively shooting weddings right now...well, life would be even more stressful.

For my post today, I'm sharing a few cards that I actually made awhile ago for a Practical Publishing Feature, but have never posted them anywhere. We don't do a lot of seasonal product at Pinkfresh Studio, but I really love that we have lots of products that are versatile enough to use for any season! I created this card set with Easter in mind, as the meaning behind it brings joy to my life. It's been said around the internet lately that Easter is officially cancelled this year, and that just breaks my heart. Yes - it looks very different, but Easter is most definitely NOT cancelled. It might not be the year for new fancy Easter outfits, public Easter egg hunts or going to church in person, but we can still celebrate it in our homes.
"Sending Joy" card features:
- Flower Garden stamp set
- Adore Alpha die set
- Floral Vase stamp set
- Floral Vase coordinating dies
- Essentials: Stitched Rectangles die set
- Detail Black hybrid ink
For this card I stamped & heat embossed the main floral image to Strathmore Bristol smooth cardstock with rose gold embossing powder. Then I colored the entire panel in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I diecut the panel with the largest stitched rectangle, then diecut the word JOY from the middle and set those pieces aside. I proceeded to diecut the same letters from white cardstock 10 times. I stacked and layered 5 sets of the inner alphas, and two sets of the outline with a Zig glue pen. I stamped the first part of the sentiment to white cardstock in detail black ink, then cut out with the matching die. I mounted everything to a white A2 cardbase, using a full panel of foam adhesive on the main layer. Then accented with clear sequins to finish.
"Joy From our Home to Yours" card features:

- Detail Black hybrid ink
For this card I created an alcohol ink background to 5x7 Yupo paper in wild plum, lettuce and gold mixative. Once dry, I trimmed the panel down to fit on a white A2 card base. I diecut a gold glitter frame using the two largest nesting dies from our Essentials: Stitched Rectangles set. I mounted it to the top of the alcohol ink background with some foam tape. I took the diecut inside letters from the Flower Garden panel above, and stacked them with the other 5 white cuts. I stacked two more white outline sets together, then adhered them all to the lower right corner of the framed alcohol ink background. I stamped the first part of the sentiment in detail black to white cardstock, trimmed into a thin strip and adhered over top of the latters. I finished by accenting with clear sequins.
"JOY" tag features:

- Essentials: Classic Tags with Fillable Elements die set
- Partial Cut Bouquet and a Bow die set
For this tag I stacked the outline letters diecut from the floral panel with 3 white sets. I diecut the tag from white cardstock, and the bow from gold glitter paper. I covered the bag of the tag with matching glitter paper to peek through the cut-out at the bottom of the tag. I adhered the bow to the top of the tag, then layered the word JOY to it to finish. In order to get the letters to fit on the tag, I had to overlap them slightly, which I think gives it some beautiful extra dimension!
