Always and Forever

Hey there, everyone!  Hope that you are having a great week!  I have come down with a little cold bug....which hit me the hardest yesterday.  I felt gross all day long...but it allowed me to catch up on some of my DVR'd shows!  So, there seems to be a plus to this minus! :)

I have my card to share for CPS sketch #253, where we were sponsored by The Twinery this week.  I did ZERO stamping on this one, and let the paper collection & stickers take care of the sentiment for me.  Here is what I created:

"Always and Forever" supplies:
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (vintage cream) 

Paper/Stickers: My Little Shoebox (Heartfelt: Cheryl, Gigi) 

Doily: Royal Lace

Distress Ink/Blending Tool: Tim Holtz (antique linen) 

Twine: The Twinery (blossom, caribbean) 

Flowers: Recollections

Buttons: American Crafts & SEI
Sandpaper

Instructions:  Make card from vintage cream cardstock.  Cut pink paper slightly smaller, distress the edges and adhere.  Distress ink a heart shaped doily, and adhere to the middle.  Cut a strip of aqua paper, distress the edges and adhere to the bottom.  Wrap twine around top of the aqua paper.  Tie a quadruple bow from both colors of twine, stitch a button around the middle, then adhere to the left side of the card.  Layer the heart & banner sticker to the doily using foam adhesive.  Sand the edges of a sticker tag and adhere to the lower right corner.  Accent the tag with three paper flowers.  Adhere three buttons to the right side of the heart doily to finish.
