Tonight we are showcasing the Bright Side paper line yet again...aren't you just loving this new collection? It is so bright and cheerful, and full of possibilities! So far I have shown it in a cute style, an elegant style...and tonight I am sharing a more CAS shabby style. I used just one layer of paper, and focused on the chevron printed kraft paper in the collection. There are so many different ways to use this paper collection...you are going to definitely want it in your stash. Here is what I created!
"You're Sew Lovely" supplies:
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (vintage cream)
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink (vintage cream)
Paper: Lawn Fawn (Bright Side: Upbeat)
Stamps: Lawn Fawn (Sew Lovely set)
Ink: Tsukineko (Versafine: onyx black)
Ribbon: Michael's
Twine: Lawn Fawn
Flower: Prima Marketing
Pins: Maya Road
Button: American Crafts
Jewels: International Greetings USA
Instructions: Make card from vintage cream cardstock. Cut kraft paper slightly smaller and adhere. Cut a strip of silver ribbon, and fold the right hand side over itself. Tie a button around the doubled over section with twine, then adhere the entire ribbon piece to the front. Adhere the flower over top of the ribbon. Stamp the sentiment to a vintage cream cardstock strip, then adhere around a clear topped pin. Stick the sentiment pin into the flower, along with a heart topped pin. Accent with clear jewels to finish.
