Stamp the floral accents to the right hand corners of the card. Diecut a scalloped border to red paper, then wrap lace around the left side of it. Cut a strip of striped paper, stamp the heart motif to the left side of it and distress ink the edges. Adhere the striped paper to the scalloped border, then adhere to the left side of the card. Distress ink a doily and adhere to the front. Diecut a lacey circle from red paper, then adhere to the doily. Diecut the lacey circle and regular circle, then distress ink the edges. Layer together, then stamp the images to it. Layer on top of the lacey circle using foam adhesive. Tie a bow from aqua dotted ribbon, tie a button around the middle with twine, and adhere. Diecut a tag from floral paper, stamp the sentiment to it, and add to the front of the card, slightly tucked under the button.
