Happy middle of the week to you! Since it is Wednesday, that means it is time for another Cuttlebug Challenge. Be Inspired 28 is all about Home Sweet Home, and we were sponsored by Marks Paper Company this week. We got these fabulous papers....such great colors and a vintage feel! Thanks much....they were fun to work with!
This is what I came up with for the challenge this week....the sentiment is pretty original, huh? Tee hee! I didn't even think about that when putting the card together! I embossed the right hand side of the card with the "Just My Type" embossing borders and my Cuttlebug, of course. Then I just pieced the house together, and added the sentiment and embellishments. Easy peasy!

How about American Idol tonight? Kris rocked it....probably the best of the night. Danny, Allison, and Matt were fabulous. Adam- I just can't jump on his bandwagon. He seems to annoy me more every week. And Lil and Anoop were blah. I REALLY hope people vote for Matt this week...he deserved to be saved last week, and is a much better singer than both Anoop and Lil. Here is hoping America got it right this week! :)

Cute card Lea! I love the paper pieced house and the papers are very vintage cute! My favorite saying is "there's no place like home" or maybe "home is where the heart is". Oldies but goodies ;)

ReplyDeleteI can't think of one offhand, but my favorite phrase in general is what my son learned in preschool. "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit!" I think it's fittingf or both children and adults...lol.
