Happy Sunday, all! I hope you had a great Saturday! I had what I like to call a "half wedding" to shoot, because they only needed me there for a few hours. That was PERFECT for easing into my 2013 wedding season! The bride looked just exquisite & beautiful....and they are SO in love. It was a sweet little wedding that I was able to be a small part of.
Today I have a card to share with you using the new Mama Elephant stamp set called "Papa Love". This is a fantastic masculine stamp set....but I daresay it can be used for many other things as well. I stuck to the original theme for this one though...and created a fun and super CAS card any dad would love to get! Here is what I created!
Instructions:
1. Make A2 card from white cardstock.
2. Cut red triangle paper slightly smaller, then adhere.
3. Adhere three jewel strips to the right hand side.
4. Stamp the ticket border, sentiments & mustache image to a chalkboard paper block, then adhere.
5. Stamp an arrow to cardstock, cut out and adhere.
6. Add three black jewels to the arrow to finish.
Challenges:
-The Play Date Cafe #173 - Color Challenge
-Papertake Weekly - 1-2-3 challenge
-Delightful Challenge - Masculine
-4 Crafy Chicks #133 - CAS
-The Friday Mashup #101 - chalkboard technique & 2 stamp sets
-Allsorts #198 - 1-2-3 challenge
-Sentimental Sundays #146 - anything goes
-Penny Black & More March challenge - Masculine
The other Mama Elephant designers also have some projects to share using
